I read that using an Issue Tracker like JIRA is required to get atlassian verification. However I couldn't find the any help on how to do that like a tutorial or something. Do we have to integrate it in our add-on or just the vendor has to buy any issue tracker and give the information

The way I am reading Atlassian Verified program, you do not need to integrate the tracker into your add-ons, you just need "some kind of tracker to keep on top of customer-reported bugs and improvement requests."
