We have created 03 set of users logins which includes ‘Testing Team; Test Team Lead, Business Users and Development Team. The above query is raised by development team that they are unable to view the attached screenshots sent by testing team.
What Permission Scheme are you using for the project(s)? It may be that one or more users do not have the correct permission to work with the screenshots/attachements. To check go to:-
Administration > Issues > Permission Schemes > [Permission Scheme] > Configure
Though this is the configuration that JIRA uses to control security. If a plugin has been installed to handle screenshots then it may have it's own scheme.
Hope this helps.
Could you please check whether it is a browser specific issue, try using another browser and see if the issue still persists.
Also,check for Permission scheme.
Thanks,
Anshul

Er, the permissions relate to attaching files and screenshots. Not viewing them - if you can see an issue, you can see the attachments.

What does "unable to view" mean? What do they see on the screen? If there's anything there, what happens when they click it? Are other users "able to view"?
