How automatically trigger assignee to reporter on sub-task close or resolve screen

Hello,

In test DB I use JIRA5.0 and assignee remains as original assignee in close or resolve screen. In our productio DB we use JIRA 4.3 and this feature is somehow implemented, but i cannot find how.

Could anyone advise how to automatically trigger assignee to reporter on sub-task close or resolve screen?

Assign to Reporter

Assigns the issue to the user who created the issue.
