We are testing the built in Asana importer for Jira and the main problem we are running into is that the tickets do not maintain the information that they are Completed.
Any ticket in Asana can be marked as Complete, in any column of the board. So our client is using their columns more like Epics, which is fine, you can import them that way.
But there does not appear to be a way get tickets that are Completed in Asana to import as Resolved in Jira. The documentation from Atlassian does not address it.
We are considering having to do a CSV export from Asana and use the exported Completed At date column to do an import update to set the tickets as Resolved/Done.
