I'd like to find the time an event happened in the history of a list of tickets (e.g. "what date was a ticket moved to the open state", or "when was a particular label added to a ticket")
I want to do this as a bulk action on many tickets.
Is it possible?
Jira does not have a built in tools for all purposes searches of issue activity.
You may find what you need among the third party apps available in the marketplace.

There are some limited built-in history search options available. And you might be able to customize Jira to support other types of "history" searches by using custom date fields and automation rules to track the occurrence of particular changes.
