How can I add a dropdown filter or how can I display the assignee list?

Hello, I want to give some context for my questions. In my project I have 2 fields, one for the assignee (the main one who has to do the ticket), but I have another field for a developer (a person who sometimes needs to be assigned to the same tickets).

Jira currently only allows me to see the filter for the assignee:

But I want to be able of:

• Or see the Developers in the same list as the assignees
• Or have a list with the current developers who have the tickets
• Or have a filter as a dropdown list where you can see the developer users who have the tickets
