How can I add custom button to jira issue

I want to be able to add a button to issue in Jira at the time of the creation of the issue,
and when I press the button it will execute a script.
How can I do that?

You'll need an app that implements a "web fragment" to create the button.

Scriptrunner for example will allow you to define web fragments that trigger scripts, not just as buttons but in other places such as menus.
