How can I add issues to multiple Projects that are already created?

I have already setup over 60 projects, however we are now building out more issues to better track the time spent per issue. How can I add issues to multiple Projects that are already created without adding 1 issue to 1 project at a time, in JIRA?

The CSV Importer or importing them using a script over the REST interface would be your best bet.
