How can I add some validation on the On-Demand JIRA?

Given a few fields: fieldA, fieldB, fieldC, fieldD.

I need something along the lines of

if fieldA = "some value" then

{

fieldB is mandatory

fieldB is mandatory

fieldB is mandatory

}
