How can I adjust the board settings?

I don't understand why I don't have the "board settings" option via the three dots.

I have all the rights..

I read in another post that with a classic board you don't have this option.

How do I check if I have a classic board and what do I need to do to further set the board to my needs?

Hi, I already found the answer in a post in the community!

My project is a "Team-based" project and not a "Company-based" project. You can only change the board settings in "Company-based" projects.

Now I just need to figure out the most convenient way to migrate the data from my current project to a "Company-based" project......
