Each goal in Atlas has a goal owner. That will initially be the person who creates the goal, but you can update that to someone else. That should do the trick.

Thanks yes that might work, but the thing is the goals are the same for all team members, so if it was possible to assign the goal to the entire team it would make more sense than creating the same goal for all 10-11 team members. And it’s about 7 goals. That’s creating 70 goals that’s a duplicate effort.

Sure. But the question then is: is it really the same goal that every team member is contributing to? Or are they 70 individual goals that accidentally happen to have the same title?
If you want to track each team member's progress separately against their own goals, they essentially are different goals, potentially with a different progress and most certainly different individual monthly updates, no?
If they are the same goal and people contribute to part of the goal, you can always create tailored sub-goals where relevant and/or link the goal to multiple related implementation issues in Jira.
