I am using (Automation for Jira) and after creating the rule, the plug-in does not do anything!
Hi @Sandra Martin ,
I can see your rule is enabled and should be executed, when issue is created.
Please, check Rule details - fields Scope and Projects - if these fields correspond to the project, where you want to react on the issue creation.
Also be aware, that the rule do not affect previously created issues, so if you want to test it, you need to create some new issue.
I have used new plug-in (Script Runner) and this created the sub-task automatically for me after the post-function. Thank you for your reply anyway!
