How can I can do bulk change of old tickets to a new team owner
Have you attempted to use Bulk change feature? Go to Advanced issue search by clicking into the search bar and selecting it from the drop-down. Enter your JQL to obtain your "old" issues then select Bulk change from the … Drop-down.
Run a search for the issues, then use "bulk edit" from the tools menu at the top right of the display to change the ownership.
