How can I change JUST my view of projects that appear? I only want to see certain projects in list.

I don't want to delete anyone else's view of projects, but I'd like (when I go onto Jira) to see only certain projects. Please would you mind advising how I do this? Thank you.

Hello @Natalie Keane ,

Good day! Welcome to Atlassian Community :)

Are you referring to the view you see in All project section?

If you are a Jira admin, you will see all the projects in this space. If you are a non jira admin/normal user, you will only see projects that you have permission to access.

Hope this clarifies.

Hello @Natalie Keane

Can you provide more information and screen images to help illustrate your question?

You will be able to see all Projects to which you have been granted access in a Jira instance. Only administrators can change the projects to which you have been granted access.

You can mark projects as Favorites so that they are the first ones shown in the Project navigation. That will not affect anybody else's view.

You can do that by going to the Projects list and clicking the Star symbol next to the project name.
