How can I customize the color of the column 'time to resolution'? The orange is really annoying for the people that work with the software since it 'screams' too much.
I'm afraid you can't customise the color. It screams because the tickets are all significantly overdue.
I do notice that the SLA configuration has room for optimisation. E.g. your SLA timer keeps running while the ticket status is Waiting for Customer. Usually in such a status, the timer is being paused.

I'm sure you have noticed that the colors don't scream as much when the tickets aren't overdue yet. So tweaking the timers to realistic expectations may reduce friction here. As well as helping people see they have an impact ;-)
As a final escape, you could also remove the column from the queue altogether. But that would bypass the functional use of it alltogether, obviously.
