You don't.

Numbers do not work for ranking, the Lexorank field was designed to replace a function that was not working because it was numeric.

Tq Nic. I have created a customfield Rank and given numeric value but in boards its like sorting than ranking. Is there any other way to achieve this?

You can only do ranking with fields that support ranking.

Numeric custom fields do not support ranking.
