How can I change the parent of multiple subtasks at once?

I need to change the parent of multiple subtasks at once? I´ve seen on bulk change "Change Parent Link"  but could not do it.

What happened when you tried?

You can move a group of subtasks all to one parent using the Bulk Change > Move operation
