Hi @Vasiliki Samikou Spegka

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!!

Please create one project role name it to as per requirement like scrum master and add users to in that project role. Then go the permission scheme and add this project role to the specific permission you want.

Hope this helps you!!!

Thanks,

Mayur

Hi @Vasiliki Samikou Spegka  welcome to atlassian community!

First you need to crete some roles and later you can tag the permission with those roles in permissions scheme.

To create new roles please have a look here https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-project-roles/

and

To create permission scheme and tag the roles with permission, please see here https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/managing-project-permissions-938847145.html

You  can check in above links as you need  an admin permission to do this.

Feel free to ask if you've any query. Thanks!

Regards,
Narendra

Hi Vasiliki,

You need to be an Admin, then within the Projects Permissions list press 'Actions' and 'Edit Permissions', this will take you to the Permissions Scheme, at the top it will give the Scheme name and under that how many Projects are using this Scheme (so any changes made will effect all these Projects, if you don't want this you can create a new Scheme and use it for your Project only).

Now top right 'Grant Permission', next in the dropdown select the permission required and below this who to give that permission too, whether that's a user/group or role etc.

Hope that helps
