How can I change the screen paging size on my dashboard summary

On my dashboard summary/listing screen it lists 20 tickets and then I need to click the next button to see the other tickets. How can I change the number of tickets displayed per page ?

Hi @barry kimelman,

I am making 2 assumptions here: you are the dashboard owner (i.e. you created the dashboard yourself or have edit rights on it) and you are looking at a list of issues through a filter results gadget.

If those assumptions are true, click the little button with the 3 dots in the top right corner of the gadget (...) and click Configure. Then you should be able to update the number of results displayed in the gadget:

Hit the Save button (not visible on the screen shot, but it is located near the bottom) and you should be good to go.

If you don't see the configure option for the gadget, that means you don't have the necessary permissions to update the gadget. In that case, you should reach out to the person who created the dashboard initially or a Jira Administrator.

Thanks for the reply.  There was no Configure button after I clicked the 3 dots icon, but there was an Edit button. The edit button did indeed let me change the number of results per page.
