How can I change the timeframe in my Roadmap (should be from Nov. 2020 until Feb. 2022)?

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

I believe you are talking about the Roadmaps feature available for Next-gen projects in Jira application. Is that correct?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to customize the timeline range defined in the roadmaps of Next-gen projects. That being said, we have a feature request opened to allow the customization of those date ranges:

Roadmaps - Customisable timeline data range limit
