How can I check REST API usage against a API token created for Jira cloud

Hi
I am using Jira rest API token and sometime on getting Jira issues, I am getting connection timed out.

I need to check REST API usage and the record where I can see how many time my connection was blocked and API's hits etc.

Only detail Atlassian provide against API Token is last accessed.

No more information is provided.
