How can I clone a bug without copying labels, fields

In our bug triage process, we need to filter triaged issues (based on a label say x and isTriaged field) and once the bug is triaged we add label x and update isTriaged to YES so that the bug moves to triaged queue.

Reporters have been cloning existing bugs which also clones labels and isTriaged field and we can't differentiate whats triaged vs whats un-triaged.

How can I clone a bug without copying labels, fields ?

By using Adaptive script runner, it may be possible by configuring listeners.
