How can I collapse Issue description

Hello,

I have an Issue that is kind of bugging me. In Jira Service Management there is a button Hide details which allows me to collapse description. However I can´t find that button in Jira Software. Is this caused by project or field configuation? How do I enable that button in Jira Software?

It is very helpful in situations when description has a lot of text and I don´t want to heavy scroll all way down :)

Hi @Dominik Březina 

Hide Details is hiding all the customer's request details - which just so happens to include the Description field. It's not hiding the Description field by itself.

This option is only available in Jira Service Management.

There is a feature request for this though - check out/vote for JRACLOUD-77108
