How can I configure Jira to show the system dashboard as the default landing like in Server?

When I click on the Jira logo I go to "Your Work"

How can I get my old functionality back and banish 'your work' to the deepest, darkest dungeon?

Thank you, but that only works for me.  I am looking to enforce this for the entire site/organization.

The reason for that is there are many server-based teams who are going to need to migrate soon.  These teams rely heavily on contextual dashboards (based on the user who logged in) shared with teams so that when users log in they get a kind of "your work" view, but one that was tailored to the needs of the organization and its teams.
