How can I configure an email notification for missing details on an issue?

I want to send a automatic daily notification email to the assignee of the issue about the missing information. Is that feasible? If there is more than one issue, can I automatically consolidate and send the notification?

You should be able to do that with an Automation Rule. Is the information in a custom field?

I have custom fields too. I tried and it worked out. However, I am looking for a consolidated email with some customizations in the email. Could you please help with it?

Looks like Automation with lists operations and if conditions, but more details are needed.

This is rule I scheduled but I get an email for each JIRA issue which is resulting a large list of emails.
