How can I configure custom field view permissions?

Hello! 

1. I wanna create Custom Field "Bananas" in issuetype "Task"
And I want to make it visible not for all project members, but only for project members with role "Lead". How can I achieve that?

 

2. Can I achieve this for field fixVersion?

No you can't restrict particular fields there is no such functionality in Jira. Instead you can do it for issue level by using issue security. Otherwise we can't restrict only some fields it is no possible.
