How can I configure custom fields for Project Details

Hi Team, As in the attached Picture, of Project details, I want to capture two additional information - Client Name (as in CRM System) and Project Id (again as in CRM System) in two input text box.

How can I achieve this?

Come to know from Support that 

Jira doesn't allow users to change the project details screen. We do have an open feature request regarding this topic:

Jira has a fixed list of fields available at a project level.

You will either need to set up some form of extra field tracking, or get an app that adds project level fields (Profields is the only one I've used and it does a very good job)
