Currently we have a HelpDesk environment where customers can submit tickets to us, and separately we have our JIRA kanban board and to-do list for (mostly) internal stuff.
I see that I can create related tasks, but then we have duplicate tickets in JIRA and HelpDesk, and once a ticket is closed we will have to close them both separately. This is not an ideal solution.
Ideally we'd like to have HelpDesk tickets created in our JIRA backlog so that we have our entire task list in a single place. And whenever we complete these tasks in JIIRA we'd like the completion to be reflected in HelpDesk.
How can we achieve this? TIA!
