We have a team that gets a specific project type and requires the same people to do the same tasks and these tasks. So looking to find a way to create a ticket from a template where it creates all the subtasks and assigns it people.
Hi @Bachittar_Singh - Yes you can do this. The simplest way to do this is to create a Jira project that is only used for templates. You probably want to restrict who can create / edit issues in that project.
In that project create the Epic and other issues you need and set the assignee as appropriate. Then when you need a new set of those issues you can bulk copy those issues and then bulk move them to the project that needs them.
There are a number of apps that help you manage this process in a more sophisticated way, but this is the simplest method without using an app.
