How can I create an automated to label committed tickets when we start sprints?

I'm looking to label tickets when we start sprints as "committed" to be able to filter them at a later point.

Here is my automation, I'm not sure why it isn't working?

Is it not firing at all ? Or is it firing but has an error?

I believe it is firing? The audit log just says status of "no actions performed"

Can you post a screen shot of the audit log?

Sure see attached. When it wasn't working I kept switching things around so I think that's why the config change statuses are also showing up.
