How can I create option to expand amount of the simple line text fileds

I need to have on the screen a simple text field with option for user, adding another field (by clicking the "+" icon, or the "Add another Text Field" link

JIRA doesn't have any fields like that, and I've not seen any add-ons in the marketplace.
