Our team currently does a 'Status Report' prior to each client meeting, and then sends out the 'Meeting Minutes'. We want to explore a way to automate the export for each particular client and the 2 categories: 'Status Report' (Jira), 'Meeting Minutes' (Confluence). Also in addition, we want to have a template with our company's logo and information to make our brand shine and so that these look more professional than a black and white PDF. If you’re open to using add-ons, Time in Status can be solution for you. Add-on calculate the total time an issue spends in any chosen statuses.
Also you can get Time Reports in Confluence
For Scrum teams, there's also a Sprint Report feature.
