For any reason, I don't know why, one of my projects is in private mode since yesterday and my team cannot enter it. It is not a next-gen project, so I wonder how this went wrong and what I can do to grant my team access again. Any idea?
Hello @Christine Eulenburg welcome to the community, is it possible that before this happened you were still on the standard plan? On free plans everyone sees everything and can't add or remove users from projects. If you were during the standard version trial maybe it you made it private then and now you can't change it.
I would consider moving all tickets to a new project that everyone can see
