How can I deactivate a Test issue?

I am currently using XRay in Jira and I have a scenario where I have a test set with several tests associated. One of the tests is no longer applicable but I don't want to delete the issue. I simply want to deactivate it. And deactivate it an a way where when creating a test execution for that test set, the deactivated test issue is not displayed/considered.

Basically I don't want to delete Test issues, I want to 'archive' them, within the test set. If there is a way to archive separately from test set I think I could work with that too.

You can achieve that by using the "Disallow executions of Tests with workflow statuses" tool; available on the "Miscellaneous" options, under the Xray section of the Add-ons tab in Jira Administration Tools:
