How can I delete phantom board?

While trying to create a "Swimlane Board", I did something wrong (probably didn't hit save).  The filter I created for it still exists, but I deleted the project.  The filter I created for it can't be deleted, because it is used by a Board, but that Board is not viewable anywhere.  I would like to delete all remnants of the project SB.

It must be saved somewhere, but how can I delete it if I can't see it?

Have you looked for the board in the list of all boards?

Click in the Search field next to your avatar, and then click on Boards at the bottom of the pop-up. This should take you to a complete list of boards.

If you can find the board there, you should be able to delete it by clicking on the three dots to the right and selecting Delete.

Hi @Rebecca Hopper , welcome to the Community!

It is likely that you can't delete the filter because your project and board still exists within the trash (it will remain here for 60 days if left)

You will be able to delete the filter if you permanently delete the project (causing the board to be deleted too), or restore the project and use another filter on the board. For either of these options, you will need to:

  1. Choose  > Projects.
  2. Select Trash from the sidebar.
  3. Find your project and select ••• > Restore or Permanently Delete

Hope this helps!
