How can I determine of my company is on Atlassian Cloud?

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
For Jira and for Confluence your company has two options for how to use the products:
- You can choose to use the products under the Software-as-a-Service model. In this model Atlassian hosts the products for you. You do not have access to the hosting server nor to the database directly. Atlassian handles the product upgrades and server maintenance. In this case you would be using Jira Cloud and/or Confluence Cloud.
- You can choose to use the products under the self-hosted model. In this model you must set up and maintain your own servers, download and install the Jira product and/or Confluence product, and download and install an appropriate database application. You are then responsible for maintaining the servers that host the applications, the networking so that the applications can be used, the upgrades to the applications, etc.
You make this choice for each product. You could have both running under the SaaS model, both running under the self-hosted model, or one as SaaS and the other as self-hosted.
One way you can tell which model your products are under is to click on the Help button in each product, in the upper right corner near your avatar.
After clicking on that you should find an "About" option. If you click on that you should see version information about the product.
For self-hosted products you will see a version number in the format ##.##.##, like this:
Cloud products do not have a version number in that form.
When evaluating integrations you will need to know your hosting model (SaaS or self-hosted) so that you can determine if the integration is supported for your environment.
