Hello ,

I would like to know if I can use X-ray directly to captured manual execution results  without creation any test or test-suit in X-ray?  or is there any other alternative for it ?

Because , we are planning to specify the manual scenarios in  serenity feature files and tag them as Manual,

Therefore these scenarios will appear in the Living Documentation and can provide insight in test coverage.

Thank you in advance .

Regards,

RK

Hi @Rohini Kapse ,

not sure if this helps, but let me start by sharing some tutorials we have for Serenity BDD:

If you want to have visibility of tests in Xray, you *need* to have a corresponding Test entity.

That test entity can be used to report results from automation or "manual" testing, as you wish.

Results exist in the scope of a Test Execution, no matter how you are going to execute or executed those tests.

Sergio
