How can I disable Time Entry on forms in Jira Cloud

A few days ago (it seems) Time Entry appeared on our all of our forms. We don't track time on any of our issue types and I would like to disable it. I don't want it on the forms.

My research showed I should simply go to Settings-> Field Configurations -> Issue Features -> Time Tracking and click the button to disable it. Only problem is, there is no Disable button! 

I also tried hiding the Time Tracking field in Field Configurations.

I have spent all day researching and still no solution. What am I missing?!

Hello @Karin Schultz 

You can't disable Time Tracking globally. Wherever you got that information, it was incorrect.

As per the documentation here:

...time tracking is always on for Jira Cloud. You can disable users' ability to actually log time in projects though, by changing the permissions of the project and hiding the time tracking fields, as described in the above document.
