How can I display an epic link on a kanban task
I have a Kanban board and I'm editing the issue type layout and trying to include "Epic" in it. I can do this on a sprint board issue type.
Here is an example of what I mean (I've cut most of this task out for privacy reasons)
My goal is to have the Epic link in the tickets. But I can't see how to add it to the issue type.

Looks like your are trying to configure this for "Team Managed Project". Can you please check this similar query here https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/How-to-configure-epic-link-for-team-managed-project-issues/qaq-p/1824463
It is mentioned that "Epic Link" or "Epic Name" field we can not add them in Issue Layout for Team Managed Project.
To link the "Task" to Epic we have to do this way as shown below.
