My corporate email address has changed and I can't figure out how to update it as the password reset option will go to an email address that is no longer active. I can't find a customer support option to have someone at Atlassian help me with this.

Your post tags indicate you are using Jira Data Center. Is that correct?
Are you an Administrator of the Jira application or System?
Have you contacted the Administrators of your Jira application/system?
If your Jira DC instance is not pulling user information from another source, like Crowd or Active Directory, then your Jira administrators should be able to edit your user account within Jira to update your email address. If you are only an end user you would not be able to do that. If the user information is being pulled from an outside source, then only your Jira Administrators and the admins of that outside source can address the issue.
If you are actually using Jira Cloud, we again have to understand how your user account was created in Atlassian Cloud and if the account is Managed by your Company. If your company has claimed the previous and current domains that were in your previous account and in your new account, then again only they can manage changes to that account.
When you provide information pertaining to the questions above, we'll be able to give you more meaningful advice.
