How can I export the reports that I create within Jira to Microsoft office products?

I create reports within Jira with tons of data and I want to send it to upper management or take an image of the report but there is no way for me to take a picture or create an attachment. How can I send reports to different people and how can I make it into an image when needed for presentations?

If you add your report to a Jira dashboard, you can export the dashboard to PDF and email the PDF document easily.
