How can I extract a detailed log file for every issue

I have created an EPIC with stories and tasks underneath

I added comments , I made updates , I added Flags , I changed the priority to "Blocked" when I was not able to proceed.

Now that everything is un-Flagged and un-blocked I would like to have a detail log file of all steps/updates I followed

@Natalia Sakellariou Look at the History tab, it has all the changes made to the issue. Let me know if it helps.

Practically what I would need, to be able to extract Flag start Flag removed dates for all Jira issues
