How can I filter a Jira board by a single component?

My team uses multiple Jira boards in one Project, differentiated by Components. Some issues, however, will have multiple Components. How can I adjust my Board Filter to show only issues that have only Component A, instead of showing all issues that have Component A (even if they also have a Component B)?

I believe that may not be achievable with standard JQL features.

You may implement the solution proposed in the post titled Need help with JQL when only 1 Component has been entered when needs 2 Componets
