How can I filter assignees within a team by "has a tasks assigned" attribute in BigPicture?

Hello, sirs.

I want to ask this (maybe too simple) question:

We have several teams (not only project ones, but "the whole company"-like) and what I need to do is to filter assignees by attribute "if he has tasks assigned on this project". Normally, BigPicture shows the whole team.  

What quick filter JQL do I need? (ofc i can make a filter like "assgnee = Rakesh, assignee = Irene", but i dont want to update it every day)
