How can I generate a bar chart using Issue type and due date?

I have looked at all the gadgets available in Jira, I cannot find a simple progressive bar chart for each task based on the due date. that would show me the status of each of the task in my project in terms of time.

Ok, what is "progressing" in this bar?  What has the due date got to do with it?  And what do you want from "status of task in terms of time"?
