How can I get Jira previews to show in Slack?

Hello,

We have had the Jira Cloud Slack app activated on our account and in a specific channel for several years, and the automatic preview when a Jira link was posted in the channel used to work, but now does not.

I am a Jira admin and a Slack admin, so should have access to everything I need to get these working.

I have used /jira preview and /jira unfurl and they tell me they are on:

I have activated the Jira project in the channel.

However the previews still won't show. Am I missing another config step somewhere?

Carolina, tente a opção de gerenciar a configuração existente, eles vai abrir a aba do Jira Slack Integration. Veja se todos os parâmetros estão configurados corretamente.
