How can I get a report showing the permissions granted to single users on Jira Cloud?

I have Jira cloud.  I implemented user permission for singe user since we only have four users below the Jira Admin and Project Leader.

I want to see the list of users and the permissions I granted them one ONE page. So I can add/delete permissions for specific users.  Thee are only 4 general users so I did not create a roll.  I just gave single user permissions.  Each of the 4 have some differences.  So I need to each each user and add or delete permissions.

Hello Charlotte,

Thank you for contacting Atlassian Community.

When you talk about JIRA permissions, there are two basic kinds of general permission:

Global Permissions

This one is related to specific features on your JIRA instance: Administer Jira, Browse users and groups, Share dashboards and filters, Manage group filter subscriptions, Make bulk changes, Create next-gen projects.

Project permissions

Is related to the set of permissions related to JIRA projects. List here: Permissions Overview

Unfortunately, you can not manage all specific permissions for all specific users from a single page on JIRA due to the complexity of this feature. Also, global permissions can only be added per group, not to single users.

However, for projects permissions, you can indeed add it in a single user base, using a distinct permission scheme to each project. Performing these steps, you would be able to see what permissions each user have on a specific project by navigating to the project > Clicking on Project settings > Permissions.
