How can get the add-on for SLA Time and Report

I'm from SaaSjet team, please describe what problems you had faced on? You can't install SLA Time and Report? Do you view its documentation? (installation and configuration)

I see that the add-on is available for Jira Service Desk and your site has only Jira Software.
Also, SLA is specific for Service Desk, that's why an add-on like this one wouldn’t work if you install it.
