How can I get all the values of a field using Rest API

I want to get all the drop down options for a field "Test Level and Area" for our Project Create Issue - JIRADC2(EE Jira 11.0) (nokia.com) using Rest API, I can see the options only when I Edit that field, but I need a command or Rest API to get the value of that field.

I don't think there is a specific REST endpoint for that but you could try the one documented on https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/REST/8.18.2/#customFields-getCustomFields
