I am writing own filter to find issues. How can I get key words for filters ?
What do you mean by “key words”? Are you wanting to search for text? What are you trying to achieve with your filter exactly?

I want to display tips for users, as in the search for issues!
Are you asking if you can enable help text while build JQLs? If so that is not available. I would refer users to this article - use-advanced-search-with-jira-query-language-jql
